KURTIK POLICIES

1. PRODUCTS. At KURTIK, we have put all our energies on ensuring that the descriptions and details of our products are as accurate as possible. Therefore, we have strived to provide quality photographs showing every detail and reflecting the most out of the natural colors of our products. However, computer monitors tend to alter the way colors are displayed. We cannot, therefore, guarantee that the color of the item is exactly as shown on the screen of your device. Due to nature of the leather, it may have slight variations in color and markings that will not affect in any way the quality of the product.

2. SHIPPING. We ship to anywhere in the world. Our shipping service is fast and reliable. All items are shipped from Spain through registered mail. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, after receiving the payment. The estimated time for package preparation is from 3 to 5 days.

The estimated time for delivery is:

  • Spain: 2-5 business days
  • Europe: 5-7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10-20 business days

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number so they know where their package is at any time.

Urgent shipments. Because urgent delivery carries an additional fee, we would appreciate the buyer sending us a message before or immediately after making the purchase, in order to pay the price difference. Deliveries will always be on weekdays.

Customs Fees and Taxes: Your local government may impose import fees and/or VAT (Value-Added Tax) on shipments from outside your country. The customer is responsible for paying any custom taxes, fees and/or costs charged by your government.

Package loss: In case of loss of goods during the shipping process, Kurtik assumes full responsibility. In this case, once confirmed lost by the shipping company, Kurtik will forward another equal product to the client. IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that a package is not considered lost until 30 days after the date of shipment. The resolution process can take up to two months.

3. RETURNS. We would like it if your experience with our store was a success. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days. We will be more than happy to offer an exchange or, if necessary, a refund. Shipping charges for returns will be charged to the customer.

All products may be returned, provided that:

  • the product is returned whole
  • the product is in perfect condition
  • the product is unused
  • the product has been sent by registered mail

Therefore, KURTIK will not accept returns or refunds that are outside this period of time or if the item is worn or damaged. Nor will we assume responsibility for uncertified lost packages.

We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit. Therefore, we demand that all returned products be sent by certified mail and that we be provided with a tracking number. Otherwise, Kurtik will not assume in any case the value of the lost product. In case of loss of a return by registered mail, the responsibility will be carried by the customer, who must negotiate compensation with the company managing the respective shipment.

4) PAYMENT. The payment method of our store is via PayPal ( Visa, Mastercard , Discover , American Express ). For a prompt payment don’t need a PayPal account . When you’re paying on the PayPal website simply choose an option to pay by credit card .
